Association Dues and Launch Fees

2026 Maintenance Fees Due May 15,2026

One time launch $10.00

Annual Launch Pass $60.00

Updated Pass System!

Members will be issued a permanent pass to be displayed in their vehicle. These will be available May 1st and can be picked up at the Gas Dock (weather permitting) or Au Gres Marine. Secondary or lost passes available for $5.

All Slip Renters will be issued a Season Pass to be displayed in their vehicle. The pass will be available once a signed Northport Rental Lease and Hold Harmless Agreement is on file at the Gas Dock.

Maximum Boat Lengths:

Pier A-E:25ft

Pier H-I:25ft

Pier F-G: 30ft

J Channel: 35ft

Annual Fall Meeting Saturday, August 29th 10am at Edmond's Inn. Attendance is appreciated as our Bylaws require a quorum (25%) for an official meeting.
